Depending on the time of year, wetsuits can take anywhere from 4-7 weeks to build, and another 7-10 days for shipping from Japan to our warehouse in Ventura, CA, where we then ship to the customer via USPS Priority shipping with insurance. Customers will be updated every step of the way and provided a tracking number for their shipment. All wetsuits ship free within the US.

In our case, no! In many others, yes. Custom wetsuits have long been a part of Japanese surf culture and wetsuit craftsmanship, but have been very niche and hard to get in the US. Very high prices, making a special sizing appointment in limited locations, and even knowing what brands exist make them much harder to come by. When you order a custom wetsuit, it's made precisely to your measurements. That's why it's very important that the measurements provided are as accurate as possible. If you're unsure about the accuracy of your measurements, consult a tailor or contact us with any questions. Remember, once you submit your measurements to us, they're stored in your account so you'll be able to order wetsuits in the future without having to resubmit them.

It maybe be harder for some than it is for others to find a suit that fits well from brands with stock sizing. Custom fitted wetsuits offer everyone - plus size surfers, big and tall surfers, surfers that may need something extra like ankle zippers to make take a suit on and off easier - as well as your average sized surfer, an option for the perfect fit for all their wetsuits.

There's no corporate annual projection in hopes of how many suits to make - there's only your order. And at the end of your suit's life we recommend sending it to a wetsuit recycling program such as SUGA to extend your suit's life even further.
