At Pleasure Wetsuits, we are committed to providing a seamless shipping experience for all our customers. Below are the details of our shipping policy:

Free Shipping

All custom wetsuits come with free shipping. There are no additional charges for delivering your order to your doorstep.

Order Fulfillment & Tracking

• Once your wetsuit is completed, it will ship from our wetsuit factory in Japan to our warehouse in Ventura, California.
• A tracking number will be provided to you as soon as the wetsuit ships from the factory.

Domestic Shipping

• After arriving at our Ventura warehouse, your wetsuit will be shipped directly to you via USPS with insurance coverage matching the order amount.
• USPS shipping ensures your order is delivered securely and in a timely manner.

Shipping Timelines

• Custom wetsuits require 5-8 weeks for production.
• Once shipped, delivery to our Ventura warehouse typically takes 1 week.
• After arriving at our warehouse, your order will be shipped to you immediately.

Insurance

To provide peace of mind, all shipments are fully insured for the total value of your order.
