This custom wetsuit is more of a secret weapon. It was built for a surfer looking for maximum mobility without sacrificing warmth — and we delivered.

Standing at 5’11" (180 cm) and weighing just under 165 lbs (75 kg), this surfer needed something that could handle cooler temps without slowing him down. Instead of going with the standard 3/2mm thickness, we built him an ultra-flexible 2mm wetsuit using jersey exterior fabric and lined it with our signature Noir thermal lining.

This wetsuit might look like a summer suit, but don’t be fooled — the Noir lining traps heat like a furnace. It can outperform 3/2's on the market both in flexibility and warmth, especially when paired with our tailored paneling, minimal seam construction, and classic back zip entry for easy in and out.
